 Arsenal is proud to announce that it has adopted the ALTA Principles of Fair Conduct.

- July 2007
 Arsenal is now an approved provider for continuing education through the Department of Insurance. Stay tuned for upcoming seminars.

- May 2007
 Arsenal Agents can now access the 2006 ALTA forms from the website as well as ordering policy numbers.

- November 2006
 For Arsenal Agents, there is now a TIEFF column that will calculate the amount due automatically making the on-line reporting even easier.

- September 2006
 The IDOI has issued Bulletin 139 concerning the Title Insurance Enforcement Fund Fee (TIEFF). As a reminder to title agents, please send in the collected TIEFF's with policy remittances.

- April 2006
 Beginning July 1, 2006, a $5 per policy fee for the DOI Enforcement Unit will take effect on all transactions closed after July 1, 2006 in which a title insurance policy is purchased.

- January 2006
 Arsenal President, Andy Drake, has been selected to serve as President of the Indiana Land Title Association (ILTA) for the year 2006. Congratulations Andy!!!
